Lu Perez is a Yoga teacher and Transpersonal Psychologist. Physical Educator postgraduate in Biomechanics of the movement, in the constant search of the integration of body and mind.
Around 2001 presented to her the millenarian philosophy of India: Yoga! Since then she has been studying and perfecting herself, with four courses in Yoga: classical, hatha, vinyasa, Yoga for children. 
Parallel courses with the best teachers and masters of Brazil and India started in Kriya Yoga. She went to study in India with the masters of Oneness Meditation, where she can cover his studies. 
Within his courses she has a post-graduate degree in transpersonal psychology, today she teaches and assists a study group and self-knowledge, besides being a collaborator of Hari Om Yoga situate em São Paulo, Brazil.
