Further training with JANNOT MONNIER for YOGA for people of reduced mobility and the very elderly

and YIN YOGA (meditation ,pranayama, mindfullness) with Sarah Lo ,including completing the advanced course.

I teach in an association based in Cornebarrieu France.It is a small studio and most of the classes are individual being highly adapted to the physical and psychological  needs of the students.

I have seen a strong need to adapt individual classes to address very specific requirements ,using yoga as therepy and I have trained specifically in Yoga for Chronic Pain,Yoga for Anxiety and Yoga for PTSD.

I have also specialized training in Yoga for people diagnosed with cancer
