This is the 5th year when Yoga Forever combines forces with Open Air Fit and Fenella and Mel Cappleton work together to prepare mind and body for the season ahead. All abilities are welcome to this small hotel on the north coast of Crete. All classes can be modified to meet individual needs and both Nell and Mel have taught for many years in SW London
There are two fitness and yoga sessions per day with time in between to relax, go to the beach, into the port of Sissi, or enjoy the wonderful spa facilities. It's a wonderful start to the summer and many students will be returning customers!
