Practising yoga for 20 years, teaching full-time for over 10 years. Her personal practice and training is rooted in Classical Yoga, Hatha, Gitananda, Kriya and Vinyasa yoga traditions. She is also trained with Birthlight in Yoga for Pregnancy, Postnatal Yoga and Childbirth preparation.
