I did my teacher training in 2016 with Lynda Gregg, one off the best things I ever did for myself. I teach a few classes a week, and enjoy them very much. What inspires me to teach others yoga is watching people grow within themselves. My interests lie in the care and wellbeing of the class group. My personal touch is being able to be in touch with the individual in class if they need it .
