I am passionate about health, healing, and wellbeing as a whole. To be able to give people tools that they can use in their day to day lives, I feel is key. My background as a community worker and passion for community feeds into my yoga work and the desire to bring people together. 

My main speciality is the three roots of trauma. 

Generational Trauma, Gestational Trauma and Experienced Trauma. Using breathwork, pranayama, physical postures and Shamanic practices to create deep and healing workshops and retreats.

I run Yoga and Healing Retreats on Sherkin Island West Cork Ireland throughout the year, since 2018.

I reguarly teach online workshops, which are a mixture of yoga and healing.
