I am David Quinlan, a Yoga Alliance certified Vinyasa Yoga Teacher. I trained in 2015 with Green Lotus Yoga in Ireland. In 2016 I completed my foundation in Yin Yoga under the guidance of Josh Summers at the Surylila Retreat Center outside Seville in Spain.
I have decided to change my yogic journey and follow the teachings of BKS Iyengar and am currently in the process of becoming an Iyengar Yoga Teacher with iYoga in Dublin, Ireland.
I take every opportunity to increase my knowledge and understanding of the eight limbs. I strive to live a yogic life and enjoy passing on my teachings to those my students, friends and family
