Hi everyone, my name is Chantelle and I began attending yoga classes in 2011. The benefits of yoga have helped me a lot over the past couple of years and when the opportunity to begin a yoga teacher training course came up I grabbed it with both hands. My training year had its ups and downs, I really enjoyed the training but I fractured my ankle 5 months into the course and was in a cast for nearly 5 months and that put a halt to my self practice for a while, until I figured out how to work with it. 

I am a primary school teacher and my kids have benefited greatly from my yoga teacher training. I’m a huge advocate for mindfulness and yoga in the classroom and I just recently completed a 3 day intensive kids and family yoga teacher training through Rainbow Yoga.

This is just the beginning of my yoga journey, and I cannot wait to begin teaching yoga and bringing the benefits of yoga to others.
