I am currently a student on Paula's 200 Hour Teaching Training Course. I have so many excellent things to say about the experience to date, so, I feel it necessary to mention Paula herself. She is professional, passionate, informed, dedicated to ensuring that, as, students we realise what an honour it is to be apart of the wonderful history, that is Yoga. She also 'knocks it out of the park' with her knowledge and experience in the field of Anatomy. In summary, Every Saturday and Sunday mornings, I wake up with a smile on my face, I feel that about says it all.
