Overview

My Name is Mikey, 

I'm very Passionate about how the body moves

 and especially how we can move more efficiently 

so that we can do the things we love without  worrying about injuries.

I found the practice of Yoga when I was 22 years old

and realized that through regular practice and breath focus,

I had greater control over my mind and body.

Paddling into a wave easier,

Swimming an extra mile in the pool,

staying calm in a stressful situation;

Yoga made things easier.



My passions are Daily dedicated Yoga practice.

Also much time as possible surfing in the Atlantic on the west coast of Ireland.



I teach YOGABODY Fitness Flow. it is a 60 minute Movement Combo  Focused on Breathing, Stretching and Whole-Body Discipline. Calming, Yet Physically Challenging, the Sequence of Postures is Fun, Inclusive, and Accessible. Try it and give your Entire Being A Boost in Strength and Power.

This practice features classic vinyasa/movement that is designed to balance and tone the body, and to increase flexibility, endurance and strength. All positions are connected with inhales and exhales, and students perform a sequences of movements composed of standing and sitting postures.

The most visible benefits are the strength and flexibility that you'll gain from practicing the poses. Because of the concentration on breathing, your lungs will get stronger. The focus on the breath and the physicality of the practice will result in a more mindful, peaceful attitude off the mat.
