Hi I'm Jo, yoga is my main passion, it's been life changing both physically and mentally. After discovering yoga I moved to India to immerse myself in the culture and practice. I did my first 200hr in Rishikesh and after 4 years craving another immersion I have just completed my second 200hr with the fantastically knowledgeable Carol Murphy in Co. Galway. With a real focus on anatomy and bio dynamics I feel like I can finally deliever a class with real substance. I love the buzz of delivering such ancient knowledge to people which can help their daily lives.
