I'm a professional yoga instructor, with over 8 years of teaching experience. I mastered and practiced ashtanga vinyasa for the past 20yrs.

In 2012 i completed my yoga instructor course (500hr) at Shala Yoga Tel Aviv. Over the years I have been developing my knowledge, attending workshops with   Richard Freeman, David Swenson, John Scott, Maty Ezraty and many more   

In addition, I studied naturopathic medicine for 5yrs.

Since then, I managed three Yoga studios in Tel Aviv, alongside teaching Ashtanga classes and Mysore style.

These days, I teach groups and private classes on a daily basis. offering special workshops, etc.

In my classes i incorporate several streams of yoga as a way to deepen and open the body & soul of the practitioner. I believe in honest, authenticity and this is what I try to bring to my students.

My offering includes daily zoom group practice, outdoor practice, private sessions, workshops in Israel and abroad, recurring yoga classes for companies.
