Overview

Els has been practicing yoga and vipassana meditation since 2004 in Thailand, Mysore, India, and in Jersey in the Channel Islands. She is qualified as an ashtanga, vinyasa and hatha yoga teacher. 

Ashtanga and vinyasa are her preferred styles. They are aerobic and synchronise movement with breathing and oxygen flow throughout the body and brain. This process cleanses, strengthens, de-stresses and reshapes the body. After a session you feel rejuvenated and you can feel your strength growing even after a few sessions. 

Classes are dynamic, fun and challenging. She teaches both groups and individual private classes. 

Els also teaches pre and postnatal and yin yoga. 

Els shares her joy of yoga below: 

"I like yoga because it helps me to get stronger physically and mentally. Yoga helps me to feel more connected with my breathing and always makes me feel more energetic after practicing. 

I teach yoga because I enjoy sharing the benefits of yoga with others, and to see how they become stronger whilst having fun. 

I have enjoyed trying out different yoga styles in different countries as this has shown me different techniques to approach the ever changing needs of your body and mind."
