Barts Health NHS Trust is looking for an Oncology Yoga Instructor to facilitate a class for one hour per week (Wednesdays 13:00-14:00 except the first Wednesday of each month).
Instructors must hold a Yoga Instructor’s training certificate and will have undertaken training on adapting yoga classes for cancer patients. The instructor must also hold valid insurance and belong to a professional association. The hourly rate is £12:67, however, the role provides an opportunity to:
• Gain experience of working with NHS patients
• Full access to all training within the Complementary Therapies Service free of charge
• In-house supervision – quarterly
• Gain an NHS reference, which may help with longer term career prospects.
