Overview

I have been practicing yoga since 2015 and have experienced first hand how it can positively impact the mind, body and soul. I completed my 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at the Mayura School in Essex. I have studied Hatha Yoga, pre and post natal yoga, anatomy & physiology, yoga philosophy and basic Ayurveda/nutrition. I also hold my First Aid certificate and am skilled in Reiki (first degree). 

My classes are student focused. I like to work from the energy of the class. This means the practice can vary from class to class but will always nurture and holistically respond to the needs of the students. I enjoy sharing yoga philosophy and spirituality, as well as the physical and mental benefits of asanas. I have been drawn to meditation and relaxation and always try to make this an important aspect to my classes. 

Since graduating my classes have taken place online (using Zoom) due to the Covid-19 outbreak. I teach groups of different levels as well as private 1-2-1 sessions. Pets are welcome to join in too.

I am an outdoor enthusiast and like to practice out in the sunshine (or rain) where possible. I enjoy hiking, SUP yoga (stand up paddle boarding), sailing, travelling and tea.

    I loved the outdoor yoga session, Jade was a great teacher, allowing and encouraging to practice at an individual level. Calming manner, will definitely attend another session.

    By first of six sessions with Jade was so lovely. She made doing it over zoom so stress free and was super understanding of me having technical difficulties at the beginning. I felt so relaxed at the end like and felt no different to what I would if I was in a real physical class rather than virtual. Thanks so much.

    my first time at yoga...jade spoke to me before and aimed the suggestions with me in mind .They sessions are really geat , exerting and relaxing at the same rime and it really feels like you ve achieved something great for yourself ..cant go wrong with this lovely lady .

    Jade at The Glade is so wholesome. Ultimately - no matter how your day has been, what is going on in your life you know that in that class for that time you will feel totally safe and gain some respite from the real world. It really is medicine to let Jade guide you through a practice that is so good for body and mind. It doesn’t matter how good (or bad) you are at yoga. I’ve also actually learned how to mediate and switch my mind off which is not an easy task! All thanks to Jade at The Glade for being so knowledgeable and giving us fun facts, for being patient and kind and creating so much calm. Namaste

    Jade is a brilliant trainer, she is so calming and creates a peaceful atmosphere. She is very good at making sure that everyone stays within their own body limitations. I found it a wonderful experience. A great way to take time for ourselves and refocus.
