I have over 20 years experience practicing yoga, what began as a way to wellness turned into my passion.

From 2013 I have been training in Baby & Children's massage reflexology & Yoga through Calm Confident Kids

I started my career as a radiographer but due to illness wanted to find a way to improve my own wellbeing and that of my family. I Calm Confident kids as it was my passion to show families how they could improve their health and wellbeing through small changes mentally and physically. This became a natural progression to become a trainer for adult yoga, Pilates, reflexology and nutrition. 

I am passionate about helping yoga teachers understand anatomy and common pathologies so that they can competently adapt their classes and use props so that yoga is accessible to all.   I believe that anyone with a passion for yoga can become a yoga teacher regardless of age or ability. 

My training courses are kept small so that I can deliver bespoke personalised training to each individual allowing the to gain experience and confidence.

Through the lock down I establish a good combination of online and live training which i have continued so you can train from anywhere in the world.

I believe that we are all in charge of our health and wellbeing. As yoga teachers we can help people on this journey.
