Join us on our yoga retreat in September and spend a week practicing ashtanga vinyasa yoga, Mindfulness meditation in the morning and yin yoga in the evening.
We are based in Central Portugal where we have been holding retreats for decade. The retreat centre setting is perfect for exploring the forested valley with lots of walks and plenty of space to just rest and be yourself.
The week starts at 9am on Sunday morning with a meditation practice that will take us into the astanga vinyasa yoga primary series sequence.
The evening yoga classes will be yin yoga with an exploration of the meridians and the application of mindfulness during each class.
Our diet will be vegetarian wholefood delightfully prepared by our Chef.
