Peter & Sue have been holding retreats & holidays here for over a decade and continue to offer a safe environment for you to practice on a yoga and meditation retreat deep in the heart of nature. around the retreat centre at this time of year we have many wonderful walks through the forest tracks to help you reconnect to our mother earth.
We will be practicing ashtanga vinyasa yoga the primary series in the morning along with mindfulness meditation and in the evening we will delve deep inside ourselves with our yin yoga sequences to enhance organ health and emotional balance.
