Join me for 6 days in the tranquil island of Amorgos; a heaven of sun, delicious food and tranquility in Greece.

This re-Treat will be a time to bring back a sense of calmness, health, strength, positivity and new ways to look at life to make it great. An opportunity for deep nourishment in all levels of Being. Creating balance in your yoga practice with its yin and yang aspects (passive & active) which are essential for homeostasis. You will be feeding your body with life giving energy and with organic wholesome foods, your mind with positive thoughts and your soul/spirit/essence with aliveness and meaning.

Arriving in Amorgós is like stepping into another world. Breathing in the fresh sea air filled with the fragrance of sage that surrounds this oasis in the Greek cyclades.

The hotel and grounds boast a luxurious yet minimalistic set up and offer many spots to practice yoga, hang out and escape the sun. Cool down in the infinity pool or lounge in sun beds next to the sun-exposed pool drinking a smoothie.Step into another world upon arrival at Aegialis Hotel.

      - Energising morning practice
      -  Yin/ Restorative yoga during the evening.

      - Workshop (To be discussed and decided amongst people  attending)* 

Themes can be:  Hip Openers, Backbends, Foundation Workshop  or Arm Balances and/ or Inversions.

 Classes will include, pranayama, asana practice, meditation and yoga Nidra and are open to all levels.

Note: Attendance to classes and workshop is optional; it's your holiday,  you are free to enjoy what you want, when you want =)

You’ll have plenty of time each day to chill out, go for walks, swim in the sea, read a book, journal or whatever your heart desires.

Pricing/Rooms

Deposit of £250 to reserve your room. The remaining balance must be paid by 19th March, 2019.

• There are limited rooms available and spaces are given on a first-comes-first basis.

3. Triple £650 per person sharing triple room (1 double bed, 1 single bed)  

Daily Schedule 

• Morning Yoga Flow Class . The level of the practice will be suitable for all levels with plenty of variations / modifications for all yogis and yoginis. 

• Breakfast, a hearty mixture of fruit, toast, teas, coffees, smoothies.

• Free time to walk and explore, swim, chillax at spa, read, sunbathe, journal, massages and treatments or whatever you desire!

• Sunset time Yin or Restorative yoga 

• Plentiful healthy dinner, chats and laughs.

* Flight to/from (Thira, Santorini (JTR), Athens or wherever you fly from and to)  
* Cab to/from Santorini Airport (JTR) to Ferry Port
* Ferry Ride to/from Amorgos Ferry Port (Around 50€)

* Rental of ATV to explore the island
* Lunch (but available for 16 euros per day, 80€ for whole stay)

Getting There:

From Santorini, Athens  or Naxos, you can take a speedboat to Amorgos main port, Katapola, or the closest port which is Aegialis, from there your pick up to the hotel will be arranged (the website to check for times of speed boats is www.openseas.gr 

If traveling from Santorini

There is a ferry leaving at 12:05 and arriving at 16:40, you would get picked up from the port and taken to hotel. 

On the last day, there's a ferry leaving at 13:25 arriving in Santorini at 18:05pm. 

If travelling from Athens, you can check ferries departing from piraeus and arriving at Katapola or Aegialis.
