18hr Intensive Ashtanga & Iyengar based Vinyasa Teacher’ Workshop.
This Yoga Alliance Professionals accredited, workshop is suitable for Certified Yoga Teachers,who have completed a minimum of 200hrs training.
The course will address:
* Sequencing
* Physical Adjustments
* Questions and answers about dealing with different class levels
* Questions and answers about dealing with injuries
* Introduction to Handstands (The correct and safe way to sequence a handstand titled practise.)
This will be a student needs directed, note taking based workshop.
Student will have the opportunity to pre-submitt questions on the set topics.
Students will be physically adjusted and individually directed,to enhance their teaching skills
and to deepen their own personal practise.
