~ CALLING ALL YOGA TEACHERS ~
I'd love to invite you to attend this month's Yoga Teacher Collaborative, on Friday 14th February - I can't think of a better nod to valentines day than spending it with a fabulous tribe of yoga teachers!
This month we will share in a yoga flow, pranayama & chanting. We'll be focusing on self care with, reiki for restorative yoga, and a little chocolate meditation! Our hot topic discussion is about retaining students.

What: Yoga Teachers Collaborative
When: Friday 14th Feb, at 13:30 - 16:00 (ok to arrive late and leave early to fit around other commitments!)
Where: Chilworth Village Hall, Chilworth, Southampton, Hampshire, SO16 7JL. The venue has plenty of free parking behind directly behind the hall.
