I did my training with with Yoga Life Studio in Eastbourne, Sussex. Since then I have trained in yin yoga and vinyasa krama amongst many other areas such as yoga for trauma, for cancer, for stress relief.
My classes are a balance of effort and ease, relaxation and asana, and I also use inspirational quotes, poems and references to ancient yogic texts in my classes.
I am gentle and calm and try to I instil this sense of peace in others.
