Lucy is based in Ascot, UK. She has trained in India, the UK, Bali & Croatia with teachers from many different backgrounds. She believes that every person she meets is a teacher of sorts...

Lucy specialises in Vinyasa Flow, Yin & Mandala Vinyasa, with a strong focus on encouraging students to turn inwards to enable them to become their own best teacher.

Pre-Covid she taught weekly Vinyasa and Yin yoga classes in Ascot and the nearby areas, private sessions, and at some select workplaces. She also ran monthly charity meditation sessions & sound baths. Since Covid this has all moved onto Zoom, where most of the schedule will remain for the foreseeable future. 

Lucy also hosts regular retreats in the UK, Spain, France & Portugal. 

Above all Lucy believes in people. She looks for each individual's strengths and talents, and believes that every person already has what they need inside of them, it is just her job to guide them to remember this.
