I have been delivering all forms of exercise and physical activities for nearly 20 years but out of everything, yoga is my most favourite discipline to practice.
I have completed over 600 hours of teacher training certificates over the years and as I work within health and wellbeing and specialise in the delivery of exercise referrals, I refer and deliver many types of yoga for my patients. These include mat based, chair based and restorative yoga.
I love how yoga unites people and it is so heartwarming to see firm friendships being made. I have been very blessed to be able to bring yoga to a small town where we now have a thriving yoga community with some of my students even taking the teacher training journey themselves :)
