Yoga has definitely helped me break down assumptions like: "I AM or I AM NOT suitable for this!" Yoga's greatest gift to me: being able to get to know myself, spend time with myself and actually enjoy being myself...And as a teacher I love to bring and communicate this to my students in my classes
