My interest in Yoga has grown over several years, exploring Asana & other aspects of Yoga such as self-study, pranayama & meditation.
I incorporate these aspects into the Hatha classes I offer with flowing elements to bring a class that I hope is as enjoyable for you as it is for me to teach. I have experience teaching mix level yoga classes with a strong ability integrating beginners with foundations & alignment principles.
My intention for the classes we share is to bring life experience, a sense of self inquiry & curiosity, alongside the balancing qualities of Hatha Yoga (sun & moon), so that we can all find our own unique expression of the Yoga practice.
