Hi, my name is Sarah and I recently qualified as a Hatha yoga teacher with the Pure Light Yoga School in Derbyshire. At the moment I have 3 classes up and running in the local area, which I love. All the classes have a lovely friendly atmosphere, with people joining from all walks of life and of all ages and it's great to see people getting together to practise yoga and also connect with each other on a deeper level too.

I enjoy the physical practice, but am also very interested in meditation and philosophy and how these can help us on a day to day basis.

Yoga has changed my life and my wish is that I can hopefully share some of the knowledge that has been passed on to me by my wonderful teachers and maybe be able to help guide people along their own yogic path!
