I believe yoga is truly for anyone, and age, gender, physical condition need not be a barrier to getting started! The benefits that come from a regular yoga practice are felt by all practitioners, let's look after our bodies and minds!
All my classes are multi-level, and I do encourage the use of modifications and props and I'm happy to adjust to help achieve a comfortable posture and safe transitions. I also try to vary the style and pace of the classes.
My pregnancy classes are relaxing and nurturing.
