200 HR ISHTA Teacher Training with Yogiraj Katrina Repka in London, graduated 1/9/19 and now immersed in the 300 HR for completion next Summer. I have been a bodyworker for the last 17 years and am passionate about empowering people with their health. I first trained with my Ayurveda Teacher 6 years ago on a 200 HR TT and wanted a deeper immersion. I found Katrina through purchasing her book in a thrift store in California in 2017 and the inspiration I found within the pages led me to here. ISHTA yoga has been a revelation that I love sharing and seeing the change that it brings. The shifts both physically and energetically, within and around, a true experience of the macrocosm and microcosm that the Yogis knew profoundly thousands of years ago. Science is now catching up!
