Hi I'm Aileen and run Hatha yoga classes locally in Glasgow. I have always loved sport and exercise, competing nationally and regionally and was drawn to yoga during a period of injury. I soon realised that there is more to yoga than just the physical practice and felt calmer than I had in years. I enjoy participating in Hatha, Ashtanga and Yin classes and do the occasional Bikram class. My speciality is in strengthening your core and back. My approach is to offer a high quality service, personalised to suit the individual's needs. I believe yoga is for everybody of all ages and abilities and is the key to living a healthier style. I am fully insured and have a valid first aid certificate.
