Overview

Trained with Collins and Barth school of yoga in Sheffield. 

Completed 50 hours Children’s Yoga teacher training in 2017 and 200 hours Yoga teacher training July 2019. Member of Yoga Alliance Professionals.

Having taught children (0-7) for my whole teaching career I decided to return to my roots and real love of connecting with children and adults through sharing my love of yoga. 

My style of teaching is nurturing, I have a sense of humour whilst also enjoying the calm and magic of teaching Yoga, particularly how relaxation helps everyone to feel amazing after a physical yoga practice.

I aim to help my group feel relaxed, at ease and offer practice which helps each one to find enjoyment, movement, fulfilment, ease, relaxation and peace.

    I started Yoga classes with Lyndis in January 2020. I really enjoyed her classes In the short time I attended before lockdown. Her classes have something for everyone whatever stage you are at: beginner, intermediate or a more advanced yogi. Lyndis teaches in a gentle relaxing way and there is pressure to be able to get into more complex positions (which is great when you are a beginner!) Lyndis gives you the tools in order for you to develop your own self practice, which I have found highly beneficial during the pandemic. Almost 18 months and I am still practicing and developing my own skills at home. Lyndis was able to move her classes online via Teams which has been a brilliant way of continuing practice until we can meet in person again. Looking forward to getting back to in person classes. Highly recommend!

    A wonderful restorative class, perfect self-care time. Lyndis is a fantastic teacher offers alternative poses for more advanced and beginners through the whole process, if you have never tried yoga before it is a wonderful class very friendly and still good for more advanced yogis. Highly recommended

    Cannot recommend Lyndis highly enough. Her classes are gentle and soothing yet challenging and engaging. She always encourages you to challenge yourself but respect your own body and can always provide an adaption if necessary. After the relaxation at the end of the session you feel a wonderful sense of peace and calm.
