My interest in yoga arises from my natural inclination towards eastern philosophies which I have had since my early teens. For many years I wanted to learn and understand the principles to be found in eastern traditions such as Buddhism and Yoga and how to implement them in daily life. I was afforded this oppertunity when i met my teachers at Yoga Satsanga Ashram in Wales. Here I was able to start learning the yoga philosophy and authentic classical Hatha and Raja yoga from a genuine Yogi and Yogini. I completed my teacher training at the ashram in wales and thus started my lifelong journey of learning how to live the yogic life. My mission now is to help people through the practice of Yoga and hopefully inspire them to embark upon the same rewarding journey as i have.
