Overview
Yogi of 11 years, mum of two, and a woman in pursuit of happiness for all. I graduated with a 200 hour Yoga Alliance qualification under the wonderful teacher Mick Timpson in Chorlton, Manchester.
I found yoga as a stressed out young woman, struggling in the corporate world of construction. Yoga gave me the tools to survive and to breathe in a sense of peace and wellbeing. It was through this sense of wellbeing that I wanted to pursue a teaching qualification to enable me to pass on this gift to others.
