I discovered the power of Yoga and Mindfulness as an essential counter balance to a full-on career in Film Production. After experiencing the ‘Yoga effect’ I wanted to take the next step to deepen my Yoga practice and set off to India where Ilearnt to teach- and have never looked back since!
Also a trained MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) Mindfulness Teacher,my teaching is influenced by the 7 Attitudinals of Mindfulness; non-judgement, trust, acceptance, patience, letting-go, non-striving and approaching all things with a beginner’s mind. My style is fun, gentle and supportive. Balancing flowing and restorative poses with Mindful meditation to centre and refresh the body, heart and mind.
