Susan qualified as a yoga teacher and wellbeing coach following her own recovery from complex PTSD, severe depression, anxiety and ME/chronic fatigue syndrome. She teaches a range of styles of yoga including yin, hatha and flow yoga to all levels and abilities from beginners through to advanced practitioners. Susan likes to explore ways to strengthen the body, building flexibility and resilience both physically and mentally.
Susan is the founder of The Wellbeing and Wellness Coach which helps people to explore strategies to improve their mental and physical wellness, in an accessible, practicable, sustainable and healthy way.
