After having spent 15+ years working on different education-related projects, I am starting a new venture as a Yoga Alliance accredited Children Yoga Teacher.
My classes are designed to be easily adjusted to all children aged 4 to 11.
45-60 minutes classes usually include warm up movements, a poem and a take away message, partner poses or games, a breathing exercise, closing poses and a short relaxation. The content of shorter classes (20 or 30 min) is adjusted, in line with the requests I receive.
