I am a Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) and Yoga Teacher (BWY) based in Cambridge, I teach private lessons and small groups and my passion is adapting a yoga practice to suit each individual. I teach online and in person and work with a wide range of clients from beginners to experienced practitioners. I help clients dealing with injuries, chronic pain or health issues. I work with clients to help them improve their overall wellbeing, body awareness, functional movement and to move out of pain.
