Having quialified as a 200hrs YT in Vinyasa flow, with MYVINYASAPRACTICE on line, I am currently undertaking an in person ASHTANGA 200YTT with Jamie Blowers.
I have been a qualified Excercise to music teacher for over 20 years.
As a runner and excercise addict, having picked up injuries along the way, I discovered Yoga in my 40s. I love how my body now feels and can't wait to share everything I've learned with others.
