I'm qualified as a yoga teacher with Sandstone Yoga Teacher Training Academy (Spring 2017).

I'm a yoga teacher/practitioner that uses yoga to manage his Multiple Sclerosis (diagnosed in 2004), and teaches people with an empathetic and supportive ethic.

I've recently achieved a yoga therapy CPD (16 hours) with Ambika yoga (November 2017), involving therapeutic practices involving adjustments, chair yoga and Chakra work and I have recently completed a 50 hour CPD in teaching Yin yoga.

In October 2018 I undertook an Accessible Yoga training with Jivana Heyman completing 30 hours of training in providing yoga to underserved populations.

Phil is based and teaches in and around West Oxfordshire and surrounding areas.
