Ryoko started her Yoga journey 6 years ago, attending her first hot yoga class with the expectation of trying something new and taking on a new challenge.

In the summer of 2000, Ryoko moved from Japan to the UK to learn English and pursue her interests in hospitality and tourism, leaving behind over 10 years of dance training and 3 years of training for Japans most popular all girls theatre troupe - Takarazuka.

Whilst she has a career as a successful executive assistant in the motorsport industry, her passion for yoga grew when she realised how much it had an effect on her flexibility and also how it made her feel mentally, as well as physically, stronger. This led to Ryoko wanting to share these feelings with others and she now shares her experience with Yoga and teaches others to experience stress relief, relaxation and a stronger body and mind.
