Ren is an Experienced Yoga Instructor registered with Yoga Alliance UK.
After many years of practising yoga Ren travelled to India in 2015 where she undertook her Yoga Teacher training with two Yoga Alliance recognised schools.
She trained in traditional Hatha Yoga with Samyak Yoga in Mysore and Ashtanga/Vinyasa flow with Sampoorna Yoga in Goa.
Ren teaches from the heart and brings a quiet and gentle energy to her classes.
