Overview

Several years ago I was at a low point in my life, but I found yoga and from there I haven’t looked back. Yoga helped me to develop myself into in stronger person, both mentally and psychically, then I ever thought I could be and that made me want to share my experience with other people. I do go to Sandstone Yoga and Pilates as that is where it all began for me to become a fully qualified teacher this year (2017), so thanks to them I get to help others experience this, which has helped me realised what I wanted to do in the future, and I jumped at the chance to do it.

There is more to yoga then people realise, but the main thing about yoga is it allows you to get in tune with your mind and body, to centre yourself, and help create peace and inner calm, which is an amazing thing to feel and experience. Every time I do yoga it is a new experience because each routine is never the same and is always different, as is the body, as it only does what it is willing to do.

Meditation helps to open the mind to the body and to open the mind to new sensations. It helps to let go of the past and to help embrace the future and what is to come. It helps to push out the negative emotions and bring the inner peace within yourself. Without this I would not be in the position I am in now, to help other people embrace yoga and to learn inner peace within themselves, and to become a stronger, more confident human being.

I am available for one-to-ones and well as classes, as I would like to create a little community. Yoga is available to everyone, and anyone is capable, as it is based on each individual person. There are props to help with difficult positions but always remember to never push yourself further then your body is willing to go. 


I am currently trained in Hatha yoga, but i hope to soon be trained in more. I am also trained in yin yoga

    ive been doing yoga for 4 months,i found it helps with my breathing due to me being an astmatic,i have ibs so yoga helps with my stomach,im more flexable and enjoy these sessions.
