I love teaching mindful Hatha in-studio and online: synchronizing breath with movement, building strength, stability, alignment and moving into stillness. I am privileged to share this via Zoom and in-studio classes; tailoring classes to provide a positive experience.
I also love teaching Yin yoga in-studio and online, providing beautiful stretch and moving participants into ease and calm through amazing, passive postures.
I teach the deep relaxation of Yoga Nidra via Zoom classes. Having studied the 50 Hour Yoga Nidra Certificate accredited by Yoga Alliance UK, and developed my understanding and experience, I find it fascinating and love offering the experience to others.
My life in yoga enables me to continually build my knowledge and skills and there is never a dull moment.
I am qualified via the 200Hour Yoga Alliance Teaching Certificate.
