I've just completed my Teacher Training with Nalini Yoga in Coventry.  I had previously been a student of Fay's for the past 9 years and finally bit the bullet and went for it because I felt that I'd like to share my practice with others. The sessions with Fay and Lexi have been really inspiring, informative and motivational. We worked hard and laughed a lot! I loved the Nordic yoga we did with Lexi and the chanting sessions and meditation. Fay's "Posture Factory" sessions have been so detailed, but I found the hands-on approach has been excellent for giving me the confidence to correct and adjust my own students. My 90 minute appraisal class went by in the wink of an eye and left me on a high and wanting more.

I think my favourite style is definitely Vinyasa flow, but I also love the pure Ashtanga, and I love teaching a slower flow too. Now I want to keep learning and practising! Namaste!
