I am a fully qualified and register osteopath, and have a passion for yoga so decided to embark on my yoga teacher training - and am qualified in vinyasa flow anatomy based yoga.
My passion is helping people with musculoskeletal problems from sporting injuries to chronic lower back pain but also encouraging people to gain strength no matter how small it may be and to encourage mindfulness of their own body.
