I trained at Heart Space yoga studio in Dundee (2019), specializing in Forrest inspired yoga, flow yoga and restorative yoga. I have previously done training with Calm for Kids and have been teaching yoga to nursery age children for many years. I now also teach Forrest yoga and yin yoga to adults. I completed a 100hour Yin Yoga course at Meadowlark Studio, Edinburgh in 2020. Yoga gives inspiration to life!
