My name is Andrea and I love teaching yoga!

I live in County Durham and teach yoga throughout County Durham and Teesside areas.

I started my yoga teaching career in 2014 as a Yogabugs children's teacher. I knew I wanted to teach yoga full time and so in 2017 I completed my 250 hour adult yoga teacher training course at The Leeds Yoga Space, taught by Nichi Green and Brian Cooper.  The course specialised in the Ashtanga Primary series and I also did extra training within the course to further my children's yoga qualifications and also to study Vinyasa Flow style teaching. I have been happily teaching yoga full time since then.

I have also done training in Reiki healing, Crystal healing and Sound healing and I am happily helping people to heal their over all well-being.

I offer private 1:1 sessions, small groups, yoga classes, children's yoga classes and birthday parties, adult yoga birthday and hen parties, Reiki, Crystal and Sound healing.
