I started practicing yoga around 5 years ago and quickly noticed the positive impact that it had on all areas of my life. I felt calmer, stronger and more able to deal with stressful situations as well as balance a busy work and family life.
As I became more passionate about my practice, I started to feel that I wanted to share this yoga experience with others and decided to take my 200HR qualification with the fantastic Natalie Wilhelm of Live Love Yoga. The course was amazing and I'm excited to start teaching both group classes and 1 to 1 sessions.
