My interest in Yoga started at a very young age. I was mystified and curious about the power of the mind over the physical body. Back then flexibility wasn't a issue and often found myself comfortably in Dwi Pada Sirsasana or in Kapotasana. As the years progressed I've gradually veered off the physical aspect of Yoga until reconnecting back to it in 2012. When I was ready, in early 2019, I found my Master Yogi Ashokananda and I began diving even deeper and deeper into the Yogic studies completing my first 200h TTC in Himalayan Hatha Yoga. 

In 2018 I've completed a 50h TTC in Yin Yoga at Sampoorna Yoga school in Goa, India; In March 2020 I've completed a 100h MTTC at Sarvaguna Yoga Dhaamaa in Goa, India; In May 2020 I have also completed a 200h TTC in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga again, with Sampoorna Yoga School. 

In 2017 I have completed Level 1 in sound healing with Himalayan Singing Bowls and Level 2 in November 2019.
