Kristin has been practising and teaching Bikram Yoga since 2003 and 2007, respectively. She trained under Mary Jarvis to become the British Yoga Asana Gold Medalist (2009-2011). Her doctorate is on the effects of maternal stress on the child. After teaching at Richmond Yoga, UK for 10 years, she now lives in Derbyshire and teaches locally and around the UK, including YogaVenue Oxford.
